桃園市政府公告自109年8 月5日起，桃園市境內20家約1,800處之連鎖便利商店、咖啡店及速食店1樓門市前騎樓及庇廊為全面禁止吸菸場所，宣導期3個月，自109年11月5日起若癮君子違規於禁菸之騎樓及庇廊吸菸，依《菸害防制法》最重可處1萬元以下罰鍰，業者提供吸菸有關器物，最重可處5萬元以下罰鍰。
